By accessing and using Hafiz Academy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Important: These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, guardians, and any other individuals using our platform.
Hafiz Academy provides online Quran memorization and tajwīd instruction services including:
Learning Services
- One-on-one and group Quran classes
- Tajwīd instruction and practice
- Memorization guidance and support
- Progress tracking and assessments
Platform Features
- Online learning management system
- Video conferencing and communication tools
- Resource library and study materials
- Parent/guardian progress monitoring
Account Security
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use strong, unique passwords for your account
- Log out after each session on shared devices
Appropriate Conduct
- Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
- Maintain a respectful and appropriate learning environment
- Follow Islamic etiquette and values during classes
- Do not share inappropriate or offensive content
Attendance and Participation
- Attend scheduled classes regularly and on time
- Complete assigned homework and practice exercises
- Participate actively in learning activities
- Notify instructors in advance of any absences
Payment Schedule
- Fees are charged monthly in advance
- Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal and other digital payment platforms
- Bank transfers (for annual payments)
- All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
Price Changes
- We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice
- Existing customers will be notified of any changes
- Price changes will not affect current billing cycles
Our Rights
- All content, materials, and resources remain our property
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials
- Recording of classes is strictly prohibited
- Our curriculum and teaching methods are proprietary
Your Rights
- Access to materials for personal learning purposes
- Use of provided resources during your enrollment period
- Download of your personal progress reports
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
Platform Misuse
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Attempting to hack or breach security measures
- Using automated tools or bots
- Interfering with other users' experience
Inappropriate Behavior
- Harassment or bullying of any kind
- Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
- Disrespecting Islamic values and principles
- Recording or sharing class content without permission
Cancellation by You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Provide 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months unless specified in refund policy
Termination by Us
- We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms
- Non-payment may result in immediate suspension
- We reserve the right to discontinue services with notice
- Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations
